Ooookay, I really planned to do a detail critique version (when I still thought you'd upload them as one ;)) but my french class is eating up my time so here just my very first impression when I first saw this picture: he looks SO roman! :D It's an awesome drawing and A+ for the roman design, but that's the o0nly design that doesn't quite fit my brains image of the character ;) Which is, to no part, your fault, looking at the rough details I gave to you. I like the outcome, but for what I imagine someone serving in roman britain for almost 20 years, I rather thought about a little more 'britanization' if you know what I mean. Actually, I guess your picture still comes historical reality more close than my imagination (though I'd have some good arguments for my imagination ;)) still it made me laugh when I saw it first ;) First impression was: hell, he looks like Ceasar!

Still, I like it a lot, for my archaeologists heart went high when I saw your fine roman design :) Go, my likeness of roman disciplin, go!

Hahaha i just went with the roman look all the way, i didn't know how a roman serving for 20 years in britain would look like! xD I'm no archaeologist myself, but i'm glad you liked it! :D
